A number of states have had changes as of January 1, 2004. Some of these involve internal hard coded program logic and others relate to "table" changes (an updated table is included with the update). Kentucky - withholding allowance programming change
Maine - table change
Maryland - changes may be necessary but none yet made
Michigan - withholding tax rate change, was initially be effective 1/1/04 but it appears now to be a 7/1/04 change (program has been changed so this will activate when it becomes time to do so)
Minnesota - table change and withholding allowance programming change
Missouri - changes may be necessary but none yet made
